What is the process of working together? |

For working together, you can ask us to quote on a project-to-project basis. Most of our communication will happen by email. We can also speak on phone or discuss using an Instant Messaging service, if required.
Please provide us as detailed specifications as possible for the project.
Once the scope of the project is well defined, we will provide you a quote for the same.
If you accept our quote, we will start work and keep you updated on progress. We will place the scripts on an extranet for you to monitor progress on a daily basis and also provide us feedback. We will deliver ontime, every time.
We usually take a 30% deposit to start work. However, for the first project, we will waive this condition. The payments can be made by Bank wire transfer, paypal, corporate cheque, or any other method that you may prefer.

Where are you located and what is your time zone? |

Yes, we have several. It also has a well developed admin section for managing the information. We can deliver a shopping cart as per your requirement and install it in on your server. We will also connect it with the payment gateway chosen by you. |

How do I make payments? |

You can pay using bank wire transfer, paypal or your corporate cheque mailed to our address in India. If you wish to use some other method, we are willing to consider it. Some customers have also sent payment using Western Union. |

We can sign a Confidentiality Agreement with you. Apart from this, we have over 100 customers who can vouch that information shared with us has been kept confidential. |

Do you work on an hourly basis or provide a fixed price quote? |

We can do both. For small jobs, it is usually best to work on an hourly basis. For bigger projects, it is best that we provide you a fixed price quote. |

Yes. We have plenty of resources. At any point of time, we are working on multiple projects and can take up new projects on short notice or no notice at all. |
